The RFE team will require a Team Leader as well as other positions filled. Are you able to assist the team if this is a fit for you and/or the role needs filling? An RFE is unlike a regular vacation. As a member of the Outbound Team you will tour as a group, most cases the agenda is dictated by the locals and is not flexible, excursions are not optional. To be a part of an Outbound Team you will also have expectations and obligations for when they come HERE. Your Club will be expected to host a RFE team of 8 - 12 people for 3 nights when they visit YOUR community. You will be a key component of this in your town.
