The Rotary Foundation - Annual Fund |
It is the goal of Rotary International to have every
Rotarian a Sustaining Member by 2005.
The Annual Program Fund:
-
Contributions made by Club Members
-
Paul Harris Fellowships
-
Multiple Paul Harris Fellowships
-
Sustaining Memberships
-
Random donations through various fund raising sources toward Paul Harris Fellowships are unpredictable making it difficult to commit to future Foundation Activities. As a result, The Rotary Foundation has instituted the Sustaining Membership program to recognize members who contribute a minimum of $100 US per year as Sustaining Members.
-
This commitment helps ensure a reliable source of
funding that can be planned for future programs with assurance that the
funds will be available.
-
Paul Harris Society
-
Each donor who annually contributes $1,000 US or more to The Rotary Foundation will be awarded membership in the Paul Harris Society of District 5020. Society members will receive special District wide recognition, and will receive a distinctive Gold and Blue emblem which can be worn with their Rotary pin.
-
Major Donors and other contributions
-
Multiple Paul Harris recognition can accumulate until
$10,000 US has been contributed to the Foundation. At this level, the
donor is recognized as a Major Donor to the Foundation and is given a
personalized crystal and simulated diamond circle pin for both the donor
and spouse that correspond to the appropriate contribution level.
-
Major donations can also be given to the Permanent Fund.
