RE: Your Club and District Administration service team

Dear Rotary Leader:

As you know, Rotary International continues to address a serious budgetary situation. This has required a reorganization and consolidation of the Club and District Administration (CDA) – Pan America Department and the specific team that serves your district. For some of you receiving this notice there will be no change in CDA service staff, but for others this will represent an entire new team of service contacts.

Effective immediately, the new CDA team that will serve your district is:

Françoise Garcia, Supervisor Anna Mettler, Coordinator Chris Brown, Assistant
Ph: 847-866-3264 847-866-3269 847-866-3271
Fax 847-866-3072 847-866-3072 847-866-3072
E-mail: garciaf@rotaryintl.org  mettlera@rotaryintl.org  brownc@rotaryintl.org

This new team will now be providing service to 63 districts located in Bermuda, Canada, the USA, and Eastern Russia. This represents a 25% increase in clubs, districts and Rotarians for this team to serve. Your patience will be appreciated as we adjust our internal operating procedures to provide you with the same high level of service you have come to know from us. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding as we make this transition. As always, we welcome your feedback on how we are doing to help you.

Sincerely,

Frank Stryczek, Jr.
Manager, Club and District Administration - Pan America
