Our favourite Recipe
PASTA SALAD WITH ARTICHOKES

400 to 500grams of Radiatore, cooked al dente (2 minutes)
1 cup marinated artichoke hearts, drained
3/4 cup packed alfalfa sprouts
1 green pepper, diced
1 medium carrot, diced
1/2 cup black olives, sliced
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar, or to taste!
1/2 tsp dried basil
1/2 tsp dried savory
1/4 tsp oregano

Chop artichokes into bite sized pieces. Separate alfalfa sprouts & add all ingredients to prepared pasta. Mix well and let stand, covered, for a couple of hours in fridge. Season with salt & pepper if desired. Optional: try fresh chopped basil instead of dried (1/8 cup)-try marinated giant Sicilian olives located in delis instead of black olives
