Description: The purpose of this presentation is to encourage Rotarians to develop long-range plans for their Clubs. After defining some benefits of having a long-range plan, the presentation describes the structure and contents of a plan. Parts of RI's Strategic Plan are used as examples of some of the typical contents. The presentation touches briefly on some aspects of short-range planning for specific projects.
